Local historian Irene Axelrod will share the incredible tale of the life of Lydia Pinkham and her role as an international enterprising woman.

Irene will be presenting live from The House of the Seven Gables so that attendees may enjoy this event from the comfort of home.

Enterprising Women: The 19th Amendment to the Constitution guarantees and protects a woman’s right to vote. To honor the 100th anniversary of this historic milestone, The House of the Seven Gables will celebrate the enterprising spirit of women and their continuing impact with a year of special events.
