A Stitch in Time: Teen Sewing Workshop

Ever wonder how clothes were sewn before you could buy them ready-made at the store? In this workshop, educator Linda Sessa will guide students through the basic sewing stitches and a small project to show how historically, everyone needed to know how to sew for mending, patching, and clothing making.
All materials provided. Beginners welcome. Cost is $15 per teen, $10 per teen Gables Member, and free for SNAP/WIC/EBT. Guardians and children are welcome to register for free to attend with your teen.
