"The Cervera" wallpaper sample
Description
This beautiful wallpaper was found in our archives in four distinct colorways. The wallpaper is the work of Thomas Strahan Company and commemorates the invention of the hot air balloon. We know a version of it was hung in the front hall of the Turner-Ingersoll Mansion, since it is visible in photographs in that space taken during the Upton family’s ownership of the house (1883 – 1908).
