A documentary film screening to support Ukraine

Winemaking is one of many Ukrainian industries to suffer from the 2022 Russian invasion. The documentary “Wounded Land: The Unbroken Spirit of Ukraine” will be screened which tells the stories of Ukrainian vintners and farmers working to keep their entrepreneurial spirits alive.

Participants will receive a commemorative wine glass with a pour of Artwine white sec sparkling wine (90 pt rating James Suckling) from some of the last bottles rescued prior to the fall of Bakhmut.

Ukrainian wines, some of the last in the US, will be available for donation in a wine pull, as well as an auction of rare bottles. Proceeds will support the filmmakers’ continuing efforts to share the stories of ordinary Ukrainians persevering through the war.
