As of 8/8/22, face masks are required for all visitors ONLY in the Turner-Ingersoll Mansion, otherwise known as the House of the Seven Gables, regardless of vaccination status. Join The Gables and History Alive, Inc. as they present an audience-immersive production of Nathaniel Hawthorne’s classic novel, The Scarlet Letter. Walk with the author as he envisions his new story, surrounded by the townspeople and characters of his imagination.

This performance moves throughout our seaside campus. Please note, walking and standing are required to attend this performance. This performance is weather-dependent and tickets are non-refundable. If possible, we will reschedule, but we cannot guarantee this.
