ADDITIONAL TIPS

Advanced tickets are REQUIRED. Due to the high volume of visitors, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

Food Trucks – We are very excited to announce that we will have the Lobster Roller food truck in our parking lot every Saturday and Sunday in October from 11 A.M. – 6 P.M.! Please note that food is not allowed inside the Turner-Ingersoll Mansion, but may be eaten in the garden with admission to the site.

Weather – Be sure to pack and dress for the elements. New England weather is unpredictable!

Parking – Parking is extremely scarce and nearly impossible to find during October in Salem. Though The Gables has a parking lot, parking is not guaranteed and all cars must be removed 2 hours after your tour start time. PLEASE PLAN EXTRA TIME FOR TRAVEL. Advanced planning, early arrival in public lots, and using public transportation is highly recommended. If you are late for your tour, you will not be able to join your group. Tickets cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

Make the most out of Salem’s digital resources!
