DESCRIPTION:Go to The Gables. Go Directly to The Gables for our inaugural MONOPOLY Tournament.\nDid you know that the precursor to MONOPOLY was called “The Landlords’ Game” and was created by Elizabeth Magie? Join us for some competitive fun with the Parker Bros. classic board game. Fun for all and prizes for select winners! \nAll proceeds from this event will support The Gables’ mission. \nSchedule of Events:\nAdult Tournament (up to 32 players)\n12:00 p.m. – Adult Registration/Check-in\n12:30 a.m. – Round 1 (32)\n2:00 p.m. – Round 2 (8)\n3:30 p.m. – Round 3 (2) \nRegister for the adult tournament here.\n12 and Under Tournament (up to 8 players): Please note  – children registering for the tournament should have basic knowledge of the rules for the game and an interest in playing for up to three hours. \n1:30 p.m. – 12 & Under Registration/Check-in\n2:00 p.m. – Round 1 (8)\n3:30 p.m. – Round 2 (2) \nRegister for the age 12 & under tournament here.\nLight refreshments will be available throughout the tournament. \nAwards Ceremony will be held at 4:45 p.m. \nEight (8) volunteer bankers/judges are needed for the tournament. The winner will be determined by the total value of their bank\, properties\, and houses/hotels at the end of the round.
