DESCRIPTION:Who doesn’t love those delicious dumplings? Join us for a hands on pierogi making party with Ukrainian native Svitlana Rozghon and other members of Dobro New England. They will guide you through the steps for making pierogis while learning about Ukrainian culture and customs. There will be plenty of pierogis with a variety of fillings to sample and some to take home. \nThe event is sponsored by The House of the Seven Gables in collaboration with the Northshore CDC. The 1768 Lee Mansion is a magnificent Georgian home built by American craftsmen for Jeremiah Lee\, the wealthiest merchant in Colonial Massachusetts. On the tour\, you will find an outstanding collection of 18th and 19th century decorative arts\, including early American furniture and English hand-painted wallpaper. \n  \nThe one-hour tour will take place at 11am on May 13th.
