Activities include guided tours of the 1668 Turner-Ingersoll Mansion, Living History Labs in the 1682 Hooper-Hathaway House, and unique shopping in the Museum Store, located in the c.1655 Retire Beckett House. The Colonial Kitchen: Food without Fire

There was a lot of baking, boiling and roasting in a colonial kitchen. However, not everything needed flames. Come lend a hand to some fireless food preparation and preservation techniques, such as butter-making, salting and sugaring. These labors will be ongoing during the length of the program.
