Tomorrow is your last chance to order from our Online Store for Priority Mail shipping in time for Mother’s Day this weekend. We have a great selection of books, jewelry, Gables memorabilia and more. If you are local, we encourage to come to visit. Not only can you enjoy the seaside blooms, but you can pick up a last minute gift in our Museum Store. Our friendly and helpful staff will make sure you bring the perfect gift to the mama in your life.

With some breaks in the weather, we are moving along to get some preservation projects in order. We’ve got a coat of paint going on The Gables, some prep work on the old Tea House that is now a part of the Visitor Center, and gardening galore. This will be the week to come and see the tulips in their final glory and catch the sweet scent of lilacs just starting to show.

We only have a few spaces left for our Member-Exclusive tour of the Punto Urban Art Museum on May 18. If you are a member and want in, sign up today! Our next member event will be our Celebrate the Fourth Viewing Party on our Seaside Lawn.
