Happy Halloween from the staff at The Gables

October 31, 2017 Published By Julie Arrison-Bishop

We just wanted to take a moment to thank our visitors who joined us during the month of October at The House of the Seven Gables. We know some of you waited in long lines to join us and got to know your neighbors well on house tours. Rest assured that you admission fees go towards supporting our continued historic preservation efforts and educational programs. We couldn’t do what we do without you!

Salem is a great place to visit anytime of the year–from Salem’s So Sweet in February to the Jazz and Soul Festival in August there is always something fun to do. Click here for an ongoing list of event and information in town.

2018 also marks the 350th anniversary of The House of the Seven Gables. It will be a wonderful year to make plans for a return trip. Each month will have a signature event that will highlight our rich history and connections to our surrounding community. We hope you’ll make plans to join in our celebration.

Again, thank you to ALL of our visitors so far this year.
